Order Processing:

We fulfill orders daily, however, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders that are completed successfully will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your junk and spam folders.  

Once orders are shipped, they cannot be updated or changed. 

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address.

We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery of products ordered from Flowcito.

Shipping Costs:

All orders are shipped with a flat-rate.
